All stock is tied, dug with a tree spade, placed in burlap and reinforced with a wire basket. All trees are selected on a basis of MEDIUM density to assure optimum foliar to root ratios. All ball sizes meet State specifications.

All sales are made with the understanding that we shall not be liable, in the event of crop loss, or of damage from other causes over which we have no control. All quotations in this list or any special quotations that are made, are subject to marked changes, supply being exhausted, or shortage beyond our control and we reserve the right to reject all or any part of your order, refunding payments made. All stock is offered subject to prior sale and subject to any damage caused by weather or any other cause between date of order and shipping date. OUR LIABILITY CEASES WHEN THE TREES ARE DELIVERED TO THE CARRIER. If breakage occurs or if stock suffers through delay in transit, claim should be made on the transportation company immediately. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SURVIVAL OF BALLED AND BURLAP STOCK. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL ORDERS.

Terms and Payment
 All prices are FOB our plantations. A twenty-five percent (25%) deposit is required at time order is placed. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE ON LOADING: EITHER BY CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK, DEPENDING ON PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS. A DEPOSIT MUST ACCOMPANY ORDER.

Effective Date: This price list is effective January 2009 and supersedes all previous PRICE LISTS. All are subject to change without notice, but prior written pricing agreements will be honored.
Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING:  Buyers are responsible for making all shipping arrangements. We may, upon request, recommend trucking firms. Arrangements can be made directly through them. We cannot be held responsible for delay in shipping due to weather or other conditions beyond our control. The trucking firms we frequently use and recommend to our buyers offer competitive rates which can be obtained by giving us a call. We can also deliver trees with our own trucks. Same rates apply.

Government Inspection of Stock: Stock has been inspected for shipment anywhere in the United States.  However, shipments of the following items are restricted by individual state quarantines.

  • Pines: California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon and British Columbia

  • Hemlock: Maine and Michigan
